At The Relaxed Collector, we take pride in carefully packing and shipping every order with the same attention we give our own collection. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process and fulfillment timelines.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available. As The Relaxed Collector continues to grow, we may explore expanding shipping to additional countries in the future.

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Processing time refers to preparation and packaging time and does not include carrier transit time.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will ship once they are received by us, not at the time of purchase.

  • Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout through Squarespace.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Packaging & Care

Every order is packaged securely to help protect cards, sealed products, and collectibles during transit. We handle each shipment with care to ensure items arrive in the condition expected by collectors.

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. The Relaxed Collector is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
