Cancellation Policy
At The Relaxed Collector, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Restocking Fee
All approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This fee helps cover processing costs, payment fees, and inventory handling associated with canceled orders.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment, but are still subject to the 10% restocking fee.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Non-Refundable Fees
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Any payment processing fees incurred are not recoverable and are factored into the restocking fee.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Requests are handled in the order they are received, and approval is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
